U9-U10
Birth Year2015, 2014, and 2013The goal of coaching kids aged 7-8 years is to establish proper technique on the ball (ball mastery, agility, passes & receiving) through repetition and progression. Activities include technical elements that are competitive in nature as well as fun cognitive exercises where players have time for self-expression without interruption from coaches. Our coaches focus more heavily than ever before at this age group; they're there not just supportive but also to identify needs along the way if any arise. This is the first stage in building bravery and confidence in a player.

U12 -U11
Birth Year2012 and 2011Our development of 9v9 soccer has been focused on individual player improvement while the idea that ALL players should be involved and connected is introduced. Activities with numbers up/down situations are now more prevalent than ever before, requiring an increased awareness about concepts such as transition. It's important for every single person to recognize both opportunities like creating goal-scoring chances, and their responsibility to defend. Roles and responsibilities become more established for positional play within a system. The concept of team defending should also be introduced.

U13-U16
Birth Year 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010We believe that the key to success is teamwork and collaboration. Our philosophy on style of play centers on possession-based tactics with the ability to be brave towards the goal. We focus not just on having more control of the balls than opponents but also on understanding transition, team pressure, and ques for defending. This requires all players to be able to make decisions quickly, when necessary, without feeling too much pressure or hesitation in order for us to accomplish what needs to be done collectively as one unit!

U17-U19
Birth Year 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007We train our players like professionals so they can succeed at both colleges and beyond. We focus on fitness levels, technical skills, and tactics - all of which are important for success in the game. The college showcase event is a chance for players to show what they can do independently.
